Connor Sinann

Connor is a CanFit Pro certified trainer, former collegiate basketball player, and high-performance fitness coach who has helped 70+ athletes achieve elite physiques and performance.


After transitioning from competitive athletics into fitness, Connor became deeply obsessed with body composition, hormones, recovery, and optimization.


Through years of personal experimentation, mentorship under elite coaches (including an IFBB Pro), and real-world client results, he developed a system that goes far beyond traditional fitness coaching.


Connor used advanced training, nutrition, and hormone optimization to transform his own physique. This transformation helped him build a massive online presence with millions of views. More importantly, it gave him firsthand experience in what actually works and what doesn’t.
